| Abstract: | Presents conclusions drawn from detailed drilling investigations, which include contributions to establishment of chronology for Pleistocene glaciations in North Sea basin and results of palaeoenvironmental and geochronological studies of thick Early to Middle Pleistocene units in central North Sea. Possible correlations with continental stratigraphy noted. |
