Abstract: Studies of morphology and composition of depositional features formed during and following Holocene deglaciation in these two valleys enable sequence of events during deglaciation, including relative sea-level change, to be followed. Deposits of two or more jökulhlaups, which took place at end of Little Ice Age, are described from Vetlefjorddalen.
