Record #84482:

Late Weichselian and Holocene relative sea-level history of Bröggerhalvöya, Spitsbergen / Steven L. Forman, Daniel H. Mann, Gifford H. Miller.

Title: Late Weichselian and Holocene relative sea-level history of Bröggerhalvöya, Spitsbergen / Steven L. Forman, Daniel H. Mann, Gifford H. Miller.
Author(s): Forman, Steven L.
Mann, Daniel H.
Miller, Gifford H.
Date: 1987.
In: Quaternary Research. (1987.), Vol. 27(1) (1987)
Abstract: Ten new radiocarbon dates of whale bone used to construct relative sea-level curve unlike others from Svalbard but similar to curves from ice-marginal sites in Ellesmere Island and Norway. Provides fresh insight into timing of deglaciation of Svalbard and palaeo-oceanography of Norwegian Sea.
