| Abstract: | Describes model in operational use on nine river basins ranging from 300 to 30,000 km². Model is modified degree-day method with temperature and precipitation as input data. In one area, different types of models were tested and modified degree-day model with solar radiation and wind as extra terms gave better results. Describes updating technique. |
