Abstract: Rheological parameters for ices II and III, needed in tectonic models of icy satellites of major planets, were obtained from extrusion experiments and compared with rheology of ice I at pressures of 2 kbar and temperatures of 240 K. Ice III is 100 times less viscous and ice II 10 times more viscous than ice I.
