Assesses impact of offshore oil spills. Gives details of combustion monitoring systems installed in newest ships of Soviet Arctic fleet. All systems and hardware in offshore drilling operations must be leakproof, platforms must be equipped with waterproof boarding; production waste materials must be collected regularly. |
