| Abstract: | Series of surface-based measurements of microwave brightness temperatures and accompanying ice characteristics were made on first- and multi-year sea ice in Beaufort Sea and Crozier Channel during late spring and summer 1982. Object was to obtain information for calibration and interpretation of satellite observations of Arctic during summer. |
