Record #76749:
Formaldehyde in Comet Iras-Araki-Alcock (1983 d). Cosmogonical implications / C.B. Cosmovici, S. Ortolani.
Title: | Formaldehyde in Comet Iras-Araki-Alcock (1983 d). Cosmogonical implications / C.B. Cosmovici, S. Ortolani. |
Author(s): | Cosmovici, C. B. Ortolani, S. |
Date: | 1985. |
Publisher: | Dordrecht: D. Reidel Publishing Co. |
In: | Ices in the solar system. (1985.), |
Abstract: | In proceedings of NATO Advanced Research Workshop on Ices in the Solar System held at Nice, France, 16-19 January 1984. Detailed study of spectra shows HCO and H₂S⁺ unambiguously and possibly also H₂CO, DCO, S₂ and NH₄. This suggests alternative place of origin for comet. |
Notes: | In: Ices in the solar system / Jürgen Klinger, Daniel Benest, Audouin Dollfus, Roman Smoluchowski, eds. |
Keywords: | 551.32 -- Glaciology. 523.64 -- Comets. E13 -- Glaciology: glacioastronomy. |
