| Abstract: | Describes series of events causing rapid erosion of massive ice-cored moraine below present terminus and deposition of 3000 m³ of gravel in valley 1 km below present terminus. Terminus lobe is now thin and slow-moving with only 15% of original glacier area and less of total ice volume. |
