Abstract: Cooperative effort of US Army Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory and Office of Project Manager Smoke/Obscurants conducted at Camp Grayling, Michigan, November 1983 to March 1984. Section 2 describes SNOW-TWO experiment, which was concerned with influence of airborne snow, fog, ice pellets, freezing rain, and snow cover on operation of electro-optical and millimetre wavelength systems, mainly from military point of view.
