| Abstract: | Analysis of snow cores sampled in spring 1983 reveals spatial pattern consistent with orographic deposition of anthropogenic pollutants with air movements from SE to NW. Greatest concentrations at 700 m a.s.l., and are greater than for any other recorded snow samples from Arctic. |
