Uplift history of the Transantarctic Mountains in the dry valleys area, Southern Victoria Land, Antarctica, from apatite fission track ages / A.J.W. Gleadow, B.C. McKelvey, K.U. Ferguson.

Title: Uplift history of the Transantarctic Mountains in the dry valleys area, Southern Victoria Land, Antarctica, from apatite fission track ages / A.J.W. Gleadow, B.C. McKelvey, K.U. Ferguson.
Author(s): Gleadow, A. J. W.
McKelvey, B. C.
Ferguson, K. U.
Date: 1984.
In: New Zealand Journal of Geology and Geophysics. (1984.), Vol. 27(4) (1984)
Abstract: Basement samples taken show that apatite fission tracks from Wright and Victoria Valleys increase with elevation. Results indicate that nearly 4km of uplift has occurred during the Cenozoic.
Notes:
