| Abstract: | Discusses exploitation of fuel and power (bituminous coal, oil, natural gas, oil shales and peat), ore and forest resources in Komi ASSR and Nenetskiy Avtonomnyy Okrug, and development of rail, road, river, pipeline, air and sea transport. Developments in technology and engineering will reduce by 2-10 period required for building technological installations for oil and gas industry and pipeline transportation, and achieve 30-40% decrease in capital investment.
