Record #214298:

An automated approach to the location of icequakes using seismic waveform amplitudes / G.A. Jones, and 4 others.

Title: An automated approach to the location of icequakes using seismic waveform amplitudes / G.A. Jones, and 4 others.
Author(s): Jones, G. A.
Date: 2013.
In: Annals of Glaciology. (2013.), Vol. 54(64) (2013)
Abstract: Describes automated method of locating icequakes with poorly defined onsets and indistinquishable seismic phases, adapted from volcano seismology and tunable to either body or surface waves. Calibrates using data from response to surface explosions on Greenland ice sheet in 2010. Presents seismic modelling experiment simulating rapid supraglacial lake drainage driven through hydrofracture.
