Abstract: Traces evolution of beluga whale (Delphinapterus leucas) co-management involving Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada, Fisheries and Joint Management Committee (FJMC) and Tuktoyak Hunter and Trapper Committee, from its beginnings in mid-1980s to present. Analyses changes over time in communication network relating to Husky Lakes (NWT) beluga entrapment issue.
