| Abstract: | Describes analysis, including thermoluminescence and optically stimulated luminescence dating, of gravel fraction and indicator rocks of glacial deposits in Schleswig-Holstein collected in past four decades. Combines this with palynological studies of organic deposits to produce new climato-stratigraphic table of Pleistocene for Schleswig-Holstein with revised subdivision of Middle and Late Pleistocene. Pollen sequence of oldest Pleistocene warm phase is published for first time. |
