Also covers environmental regulatory theories applied to Antarctic, e.g. precautionary principle and polluter-pays approach; public sector policies and regulations emanating from Antarctic Treaty System, and organisations involved; search-and-rescue in Antarctic areas; risks of oil pollution from cruise ships; and prospect of International Maritime Organisation Polar Code coming into effect. |
