Abstract: Investigates recent reform of Greenland coastal fisheries. Analyses participation in fisheries governance decision-making and considers emergence of discourses and policy networks that have come to define need for reform. Need for reform is based on particular economic rationality promoting private ownership, market mechanisms, effectiveness, and ownership concentration.
