Record #210940:
Ground-based reflected GPS for sea ice exploration / Yun Zhang, and 3 others.
Title: | Ground-based reflected GPS for sea ice exploration / Yun Zhang, and 3 others. |
Author(s): | Zhang, Yun. |
Date: | 2014. |
In: | Chinese Journal of Polar Research. (2014.), Vol. 26(2) (2014) |
Abstract: | Evaluates potential use of reflected signals from Global Navigation Satellite Systems for sea ice permittivity and concentration research by analysing sea ice data collected from Disko Bay, Greenland, by European Space Agency. Describes processing of amplitudes between both polarisations of reflected signals; tracking of several satellites at same time; and calculation of processing time and effectiveness of data collection. |
