Record #210522:

Investigation of Arctic and Antarctic spatial and depth patterns of sea water in CTD profiles using chemometric data analysis / Ewelina Kotwa, Silvia Lacorte.

Title: Investigation of Arctic and Antarctic spatial and depth patterns of sea water in CTD profiles using chemometric data analysis / Ewelina Kotwa, Silvia Lacorte.
Author(s): Kotwa, Ewelina.
Lacorte, Silvia.
Date: 2014.
In: Polar Science. (2014.), Vol. 8(3) (2014)
Abstract: Examines and presents appropriate multivariate tools for exploratory and regression analysis of conduct-temperature-depth (CTD) data relating to Arctic and Antarctic water samples. Data are obtained from CTD profilers installed in ships navigating polar ocean waters during ice-free seasons. Also presents comparative sea water study, identifying geographical differences within and between Arctic and Antarctic seas, by considering their physical and chemical characteristics.
