A geospatial analysis of Arctic marine traffic / William Eucker.
Title: | A geospatial analysis of Arctic marine traffic / William Eucker. |
Author(s): | Eucker, William. |
Date: | 2011. |

Abstract: | Re-evaluation of physical operating conditions, ship traffic patterns, and policy requirements in Arctic Ocean, necessitated by recent changes in climate dynamics and marine activity. Using government surveys, vessel reports and Automatic Identification System (AIS) messaging, identifies new information pathways that may enable consistent pan-Arctic marine traffic assessment. |
