Includes both techniques based on visible, near-infrared and short-wave infrared section of spectrum, and brief account of methods for analysing thermal and radar data, with emphasis on mapping debris-covered ice. Discusses remote measurement of glacier flow, and suggests possible new combinations of observations. |
