In: Arctic. (2014.), Vol. 67(2) (2014)
Abstract: Reports study to identify and document overwintering areas used by Dolly Varden (Salvelinus malma) in Hulahula River, eastern Brooks Range, Alaska. Observes that each overwintering area consists of reach of flowing water followed by aufeis area downstream. Within Hulahula River drainage, 15 fish overwintered in more than one area during three winters of project, but only identified overwintering areas were used.
