Record #210109:

Inuit hoping Ecojustice can help stop seismic testing / Lisa Gregoire.

Title: Inuit hoping Ecojustice can help stop seismic testing / Lisa Gregoire.
Author(s): Gregoire, Lisa.
Date: 2014.
In: Nunatsiaq News. (2014.), Vol. 41(16) (2014)
Abstract: Reports that Inuit protestors against seismic testing in Nunavut are in contact with Ecojustice, Canadian national charity that offers free legal services to environmental campaigners. Notes that it is unusual for Inuit protestors to seek assistance from environmental pressure groups, given past acrimonious relationship between, e.g., Inuit and Greenpeace over sealing restrictions.
