Record #210037:

Recent air temperature changes in the permafrost landscapes of north-eastern Eurasia / A.N. Fedorov, and 4 others.

Title: Recent air temperature changes in the permafrost landscapes of north-eastern Eurasia / A.N. Fedorov, and 4 others.
Author(s): Fedorov, A. N.
Date: 2014.
In: Polar Science. (2014.), Vol. 8(2) (2014)
Abstract: Conducts spatiotemporal analysis of climatic conditions during phases of maximum warming (i.e. 1935-45, 1988-95, 2005-09) in north-eastern Eurasia. Based on data from 49 meteorological stations in variety of landscape zones across northern Siberia. Compares magnitudes of warming and its effect on permafrost landscape dynamics during these critical periods. Concludes that last two warming phases have played major roles in changing environment.
