Record #209953:

Palaeolimnological conditions inferred from fossil diatom assemblages and derivative spectral properties of sediments in thermokarst ponds of subarctic Quebec, Canada / Frédéric Bouchard, and 4 others.

Title: Palaeolimnological conditions inferred from fossil diatom assemblages and derivative spectral properties of sediments in thermokarst ponds of subarctic Quebec, Canada / Frédéric Bouchard, and 4 others.
Author(s): Bouchard, Frédéric.
Date: 2013.
In: Boreas. (2013.), Vol. 42(3) (2013)
Abstract: Presents biostratigraphic study at sub-Arctic site with limnologically contrasted thermokarst ponds on eastern shore of Hudson Bay, Canada, to examine temporal evolution prior to human observation. Fossil diatom and visible near infrared derivative spectral analyses of short sediment cores were used to define stratigraphic facies.
