Abstract: Discusses concerns of constitutional lawyers that Inuit have been excluded from Canada's continental shelf claim submissions under United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS). Submissions may conflict with international legal principles that apply to indigenous peoples, and with rights that Inuit enjoy under land claims agreements.
