Record #209753:

Resolution-dependent performance of grounding line motion in a shallow model compared with a full-Stokes model according to the MISMIP3d intercomparison / J. Feldmann, and 4 others.

Title: Resolution-dependent performance of grounding line motion in a shallow model compared with a full-Stokes model according to the MISMIP3d intercomparison / J. Feldmann, and 4 others.
Author(s): Feldmann, J.
Date: 2014.
In: Journal of Glaciology. (2014.), Vol. 60(220) (2014)
Abstract: Analyses resolution-dependent performance of shallow-ice approximation/shallow-shelf approximation hybrid Parallel Ice Sheet Model in reproducing grounding line motion in model set-up and experiment sequence according to 3-D Marine Ice Sheet Model Intercomparison Project (MISMIP3d). Aims to examine capability of ice-sheet models to reproduce advance and retreat of grounding line in system perturbed by local basal lubrication.
