Record #209725:

21st-century increase in glacier mass loss in the Wrangell Mountains, Alaska, USA, from airborne laser altimetry and satellite stereo imagery / Indrani Das, and 3 others.

Title: 21st-century increase in glacier mass loss in the Wrangell Mountains, Alaska, USA, from airborne laser altimetry and satellite stereo imagery / Indrani Das, and 3 others.
Author(s): Das, Indrani.
Date: 2014.
In: Journal of Glaciology. (2014.), Vol. 60(220) (2014)
Abstract: Uses airborne laser altimetry, 1957 US Geological Survey maps and satellite stereo imagery to estimate mass-balance change rate of Wrangell mountains glacier complex, Alaska, USA, between 1957, 2000, and 2007. Also tests whether centre-line laser profiling of three glaciers can correctly capture glacier-wide and regional mass-balance change rates.
