Modelling of Kealey Ice Rise, Antarctica, reveals stable ice-flow conditions in East Ellsworth Land over millenia / Carlos Martín, Hilmar Gudmundsson, Edward King.
Title: | Modelling of Kealey Ice Rise, Antarctica, reveals stable ice-flow conditions in East Ellsworth Land over millenia / Carlos Martín, Hilmar Gudmundsson, Edward King. |
Author(s): | Martín, Carlos. Gudmundsson, Hilmar. King, Edward. |
Date: | 2014. |
In: | Journal of Glaciology. (2014.), Vol. 60(219) (2014) |
Abstract: | Uses field data in combination with flow modelling, to analyse evolution of Kealey Ice Rise, Antarctica, and timescales involved. Field data comprises satellite imagery from 2007 and ground-penetrating radar data from 1996-97 in addition to meteorological records from 2000 and 2006. |
Notes: | Journal of Glaciology. Vol. 60(219) :139-146 (2014). |
