Abstract: Describes Aklavik H. pylori Project (AHPP), community-driven investigation into Helicobacter pylori infection and its influence on diverse aboriginal community in NWT. Estimates H. pylori incidence in AHPP participants who initially tested negative and reinfection frequency in initially positive participants who were successfully treated to clear infection.
