Эволюция болотных систем и мерзлотных условий Большеземельской тундры в голоцене
Title: | Эволюция болотных систем и мерзлотных условий Большеземельской тундры в голоцене |
Title, transliterated: | Ėvoli︠u︡t︠s︡ii︠a︡ bolotnykh sistem i merzlotnykh usloviĭ Bolʹshezemelʹskoĭ tundry v golot︠s︡ene / L.N. Maksimova, E.N. Ospennikov. |
Translated title: | Evolution of mire systems and permafrost of Bolshezemelskaya tundra in Holocene. |
Author(s): | Maksimova, L. N. Ospennikov, E. N. Ospennikov, Ė. N. |
Date: | 2012. |
Language: | Russian. |
In: | Kriosfera Zemli. (2012.), Vol. 16(3) (2012) |
Abstract: | Describes research based on complex approach to mire system evolution, jointly analysing dynamics of mire systems and permafrost conditions on Bolshezemelskaya tundra in Holocene. Uses new ¹⁴C-datings of peat from interfluve areas to demonstrate that evolution of mire systems was determined by interaction of mire-forming and cryogenic processes. |
