Abstract: Examines formation of cryohydrochemical structure of deposits of marine plains in Bovanenkovo Gas Field, covering: repeatedly injected massive ice beds; ion-saline composition and mineralisation of massive ice beds in layers of one stratum; dependence of ion-saline composition on degree of mineralisation; chemical composition and share of various kinds of natural waters in formation of massive ice beds; and changes of initial chemical composition. Demonstrates that in severe climatic and geocryological conditions of Yamal, lakes were exclusive sources providing regular entry of enormous volumes of ultra-fresh water into stratum of frozen marine deposits. Also establishes similarities of chemical composition and mineralisation of repeatedly injected massive ice beds and lake water.
