| Abstract: | Compares measurements of adult specimen of Atlantic puffin (Fratercula arctica) obtained on east coast of Baffin Island with those of Atlantic puffin subspecies from Newfoundland, Labrador and High Arctic. Finds that specimen most closely corresponds to High Arctic subspecies (F. arctica naumanni) and, as such, appears to be first of High Arctic subspecies collected on potential breeding site in Canada. |
