| Abstract: | Reviews progress towards food security strategy for Nunavut, following three-day symposium on food insecurity organised by Government of Nunavut. Symposium participants included government and non-governmental representatives, delegates from Inuit organisations, retailers and community groups. Recommendations included: inter-community sharing of country foods; "nutritious food basket" surveys; and increased availability of country foods in Nunavut food retailers' stores. |
