On the amplified Arctic warming / Michael Tjernström, Rune Grand Graversen, Caroline Leek.

Title: On the amplified Arctic warming / Michael Tjernström, Rune Grand Graversen, Caroline Leek.
Author(s): Tjernström, Michael.
Graversen, Rune Grand.
Leek, Caroline.
Date: 2007.
Publisher: Brussels: European Commission
In: Polar environment and climate : the challenges. Conference proceedings : international symposium, Brussels 5-6 March 2007 : European research in the context of the International Polar Year. (2007.),
Abstract: Although Arctic temperatures are increasing at rate approximately twice that of global mean, no consensus on causes exists. Two chief reasons for this are lack of high-quality monitoring observations and need for better understanding of feedback mechanisms unique to Arctic.
