Отношение деятелей администрации Восточной Сибири к Великим реформам

Title: Отношение деятелей администрации Восточной Сибири к Великим реформам
Title, transliterated: Otnoshenie dei︠a︡teleĭ administrat︠s︡ii Vostochnoĭ Sibiri k Velikim reformam / N.P. Matkhanova.
Translated title: The attitude of administrative officials in Eastern Siberia to the Great Reforms.
Author(s): Matkhanova, N. P.
Date: 2011.
Language: Russian.
In: Gumanitarnye Nauki v Sibiri. (2011.), Vol. 2 (2011)
Abstract: Analyses attitudes of governor-generals and other high-ranking officials in local administration of East Siberia. Covers fact that many of them, including N.N. Murav'ev-Amurskiy and M.C. Korsakov, supported government reforms of 1860-1870. Suggests that top officials sought both political and financial independence for development of Far Eastern regions, while liberal bureaucracy in centre opposed both initiatives.
