Record #201654:

Temperature sensitivity of methane production in the permafrost active layer at Stordalen, Sweden: a comparison with non-permafrost northern wetlands / M. Lupascu, and 3 others.

Title: Temperature sensitivity of methane production in the permafrost active layer at Stordalen, Sweden: a comparison with non-permafrost northern wetlands / M. Lupascu, and 3 others.
Author(s): Lupascu, M.
Date: 2012.
In: Arctic, Antarctic, and Alpine Research. (2012.), Vol. 44(4) (2012)
Abstract: Assesses variation in controls of methane (CH₄) concentration and production in permafrost active layer of three contrasting peatlands located in Low Arctic discontinuous permafrost environment in northern Sweden. Conducts detailed investigation into potential effect of temperature increase on CH₄ production rates in organic-matter-rich soils of permafrost and non-permafrost northern wetlands.
