Abstract: Reports that US Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcements (BSEE) conducted table-top exercise in May 2012 with US Coast Guard and other US government agencies to simulate response to oil-well blowout in Chukchi Sea. Exercise began on day two of simulated response to sub-sea blowout with flow rate of 25,000 barrels per day. Participants completed incident action plan, coordinated response efforts between agencies, developed response objectives and identified response assets.
