Abstract: | Analyses Advanced Land Observing Satellite-phased array-type L-band SAR (ALOS-PALSAR) data for snow classification of glaciated terrain in and around Badrinath region in Himalaya. Also uses ALOS-Advanced Visible and Near Infrared Radiometer (AVNIR) in selection of training classes. Classifies PALSAR data into snow or non-snow cover based on incoherent target decomposition theorems and Wishart classifier. |
