| Abstract: | Reports results analysis of seawater samples taken for CO₂ parameters measurements during 3rd Chinese National Arctic Research Expedition in summer 2008. Presents ranges of summertime total alkalinity (TA) and dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC). Because of dilution by ice-melt water, surface TA and DIC concentrations were low. TA from upper 100 m south of 78° in western Arctic Ocean had good correlation with salinity. |
