Abstract: Physical model of two adjacent avalanche sites on northern slope of Tcheget Mountain, Elbrus region, Caucasus, was created using varnished plywood sheets and fine-grained sawdust (scale 1:,2500). This provided avalanche deposit parameters such as run-out distance, length, width and thickness of deposits, and revealed features of adjacent-sites interaction. This produces probabilistic zoning map of two adjacent sites.
