Abstract: Reports that Canadian government excluded United Nations' special rapporteur on right to food, Olivier de Schutter, from access to any ministers. De Schutter is compiling report on food security, issue of particular concern to NWT residents. Report is said to be critical of Nutrition North subsidy scheme, and reflects concerns of aboriginal communities on disruption of traditional hunting activities.
