Essential part of model is heat exchange with surrounding permafrost. Shows that dynamics of hydrate layer in well depend mainly on well depth, pressure and temperature of gas reservoir, natural gas composition, and depth of permafrost. Analyzes real histories of gas production for two regions of Russia (Sredne-Vilyuysk field, Yakutiya, and Messoyakha field, Khrasnoyarskiy Kray, West Siberia)
