Abstract: Discusses potential benefits to Inuit from new resource revenue policy announced by Nunavut Tunngavik Inc. (NTI). Policy sets minimum of Can$12 royalty on every Can$100 profit generated by mining companies in Nunavut, and is expected to yield approx. Can$2 billion over next two decades. Revenue from royalties will flow into new trust set up by NTI and managed by board of trustees.
