Abstract: | Describes application of two-step training model as pilot study in blood glucose testing. Assesses functional quality through interviews with clinical contact persons, and technical quality through control measurements by laboratory and nursing staff. Findings suggest that interactive two-step training and management model could be implemented in clinical units using sufficient laboratory resources. |
