Relationships between two Pseudoalteromonas strains isolated from the Canada Basin and the Southern Ocean using a polyphasic approach / YinXin Zeng, TianLing Zheng.

Title: Relationships between two Pseudoalteromonas strains isolated from the Canada Basin and the Southern Ocean using a polyphasic approach / YinXin Zeng, TianLing Zheng.

Abstract: Determines evolutionary relationships and taxonomic position of two marine planktonic bacterial strains BSw20211 and BSw10014, isolated from Canada Basin and from Southern Ocean, respectively. Finds close phlyogenetic relationship between strains, with shared phenotypic properties. However, strains belong to different species of genus Pseudoalteromonas on basis of genotypic analyses.
