Abstract: Presents analytical overviews of anthropometric measurements and their relationship with type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease risk factors within Inuit population. Study is based on anthropometric and biological data obtained from 867 Inuit participants from Nunavik. Finds obesity rates among Inuit to be high, especially among Inuit women, who display especially high rates of abdominal obesity.
