Abstract: Describes automatic weather geophysical station set up at Molodezhnaya station as part of Russian contribution to 2007-08 International Polar Year. Station designed by Russian and Finnish specialists transmits information on weather conditions to AARII daily via satellite, and similar installations are planned for Russkaya and Leningradskaya stations.
