| Abstract: | Describes new technique of combining fish waste and shrub sawdust (Alaska-specific biomass) to produce volatile hydrocarbon mixture that could offset fuel use in remote locations. Process was designed to maximise value of waste streams and underutilised biomass resources in Alaska for production of combustible gas that could be used to produce heat or possibly operate internal combustion engines. |
